Buenos Aires, Dec 2 (NA) – Actress Florinda Meza once again moved the fans of 'El Chavo del 8' by speaking openly about her relationship with Roberto Gómez Bolaños, both during his time in Argentina and in the moving tribute she recorded from Chile, 11 years after the comedian's death. According to what Argentine News Agency (Agencia Noticias Argentinas) learned, amidst intimate memories, confessions about the beginning of the romance, and never-before-told details of their life as a couple, the actress reconstructed a bond that marked all of Latin America. During her interview with Moria on eltrece, Meza surprised by recounting the first time she had an intimate encounter with Gómez Bolaños. She described the minutes leading up to the encounter: 'He spoke of the great void he had inside,' she described. 'I realized I had taken a not-so-smart step.' She later admitted that out of fear and confusion, she did not want to repeat it immediately: 'I was terrified. He died in my house.' She recounted that he courted her for five years and that the date took place on October 12, 1977, in a hotel room in Chile, after a night of music and dancing. 'He didn't throw himself on top of me or kiss me. I don't like them to soil his memory,' she added. 'She was jealous and she was right to be,' Meza said. Once they were together, they were a couple who experienced other intimate moments that the actress recalled with modesty and affection: she said they resumed their relationship and that several times they bathed together. After the death of the creator of 'El Chavo', Meza confessed: 'After his death, I did not have relations with anyone else.' Florinda also recounted the exact moment Gómez Bolaños died: 'Roberto was no longer talking. He exhaled and left.' In the end, what she misses most is the daily life with him: 'What I miss most is talking and dancing with him.'
